About Me

I’m Ohad Moshe, a clinical psychologist licensed in Italy (No. 12487), trained at the University of Padova. During my studies, I focused on Affective Neuroscience and Clinical Psychophysiology, and my thesis examined how the reward system and social comparison mechanisms shape compulsive social media use.

I previously earned a B.Sc. in PsychoBiology in Israel, where I trained in a research lab studying close relationships and emotion regulation using both psychological and physiological measures. I also gained experience at the Beer-Sheva Mental Health Center, working with adults coping with schizophrenia.

I’m currently attending the Studio Torinese di Psicologia Cognitiva (STPC) in Torino, where I'm specializing in Cognitive Constructivist Relational Psychotherapy - an approach that explores how personal meanings shape emotions and relationships.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my problems aren’t serious enough for therapy?

Most people who start therapy aren’t in crisis — they’re just tired of carrying too much alone. Therapy isn’t about being “broken”; it’s about understanding yourself better and creating space for change. If something keeps weighing on your mind, that’s reason enough to start.

I should be able to handle this on my own.

That belief keeps many people stuck. Therapy isn’t about weakness; it’s about learning to handle life in a healthier, kinder way. We all need support to see things more clearly — even therapists.

I’ve tried therapy before, and it didn’t really work.

That happens more often than you’d think. Sometimes the approach or the relationship wasn’t the right fit. My work is collaborative and reflective — we take time to understand what you need, so the process feels safe and meaningful from the start.

I don’t have much time — how could I fit this in?

Online sessions make therapy accessible wherever you are. You can connect from home, work, or even while traveling. Many people find that one focused hour a week brings far more clarity and calm to the rest of their time.

I’m not sure online therapy can really help.

It’s normal to be skeptical at first. Research shows online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions. What matters most isn’t the screen — it’s the trust and understanding we build together.

I don’t even know where to start.

You don’t need to. Our first conversation is simply a chance to talk — no pressure, no commitment. We’ll explore what’s been difficult and see whether working together feels right for you.

What if I can’t afford to keep it up for long?

Therapy is an investment in your wellbeing, but it doesn’t have to be endless. We’ll set goals that fit your needs and pace. Even a short-term process can help you feel lighter, clearer, and more equipped to handle life on your own.
